This course is designed primarily for international students who seek to develop their education and training skills to support a successful career in administration or training, or in advisory roles in a range of international organisations including schools, business and the voluntary sector.

It will provide you with the skills to be responsive to change in different global educational and training environments, and to examine theories underpinning specific international contexts. It will help you develop your skills to solve educational and training challenges in a global context and to analyse human resource needs and develop training initiatives to meet those needs.
